Return/Exchange Policy

All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and international packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover. All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. You will receive a notification once your package leaves our lab. 

Returns and Refund

Due to the nature of our products, used/burned candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products that have been damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to within 4 days of arrival.


We want you to LOVE your candles, so if you are unhappy with your scent before you burn it you may exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. As well, your order may be replaced if it was somehow damaged during the shipping process. We will require photographic evidence of damaged candles within 4 days of arrival, in order for a replacement of damaged products to commence.

PLEASE NOTE: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on exchange items. The exchange process must be started within 14 days of the original date of purchase and requires proof of purchase. Once your exchanged product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and ship out your replacement. We will cover the shipping cost on a replacement order if we are given proof of damage within 4 days, and deem the situation legit.


Sale and Limited Edition Items

We cannot accept exchanges or returns on sale items, gift cards, or limited edition products. These items will be treated as FINAL SALE due to the limited availability of items or ingredients.
